Tropical Studios STANDARD czy PREMIUM?
Each Tropical Studio has:
- large lanai with at least a city view
- fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances (stove oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, pots, pans etc.)
- AC unit
- Flat screen TV with basic cable
- Free Wi-Fi
- 1 free assigned parking stall in the garage
- Queen Size bed & Queen sized Sleeping Sofa Sleeper with all linens and pillows
- bathroom with shower / bathtub combo, essential toiletries, bidet, plenty towels
- beach chairs/ sun umbrella / cooler / beach towels
All Tropical Studios are:
- identical in size, layout, bed types (queen size bed + sofa sleeper)
- able to comfortably accommodate a family of 4
- continuously maintained and updated
- a great deal compared to the hotel rooms in the area

- most have newer appliances
- most have higher quality furniture
- most have been fully remodeled within past 5 years
- most have split system AC (quieter than window AC units)
- most are on higher floors
- most have better noise isolation from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki
- have some of the kitchen items of higher quality
- have more frequently replaced towels and linens
- have TV's that are a few inches larger on average :)

Can I choose and book the exact unit?
To keep our rates LOW we need to keep our occupancy HIGH. That can be easily accomplished only when we have the flexibility with assigning the rooms.
That is why we offer a discount for bookings that choose a category only. Simply choose “ANY OF THE PREMIUM STUDIOS” or “ANY OF THE STANDARD STUDIOS” options while selecting the apartment on our website's booking engine.
If you would like to book the exact apartment shown in the photos and described – you can do so by choosing “THIS EXACT UNIT !!!” option. Be ready, however, to pay approximately 15% higher rate.
